  3. In cough, mix cloves, cardamom, honey with 5 to 6 leaves of basil. Take it regularly. By doing this you will get relief from cough.
  4. In cold-cough, drink regular turmeric milk before going to bed at night to get relief from cold and cough.
  5. If there is also mucus with cough, mix half a teaspoon of black pepper with honey and eat it. This will give you relief from cough.
  6. You will get a lot of relief from cold and cough due to lukewarm water gargle. Add a glass of warm water and add a pinch of salt to it. Now gargle with this water. You can do this 2 times a day.
